Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds are available only within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds are not available for opened or seal-broken products.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or an agreed method.
Refunds will include the product cost only. Any extra delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original sealed condition.
Opened, used, or seal-broken products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs, including extra delivery charges, are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
